Charter Rates:

Fishing Charters: (Maximum of 6 Passengers)
Basic Charter: This includes the Captain, the boat and licenses. You provide the rods, reels, bait, tackle and Ice. (Rods and reels may be rented for $10.00 each. Loss of a rod and reel will result in an additional $50.00 fee for each loss.)

  • Weekends & Holidays:       $ 400.00     $ 500.00
  • Week Days (non holidays): $ 350.00     $ 400.00
Supreme Charter: This includes the Captain, the boat, all licenses, bait, tackle and ice. (Loss of a rod and reel will result in an additional $50.00 fee for each loss.)

  • Weekends & Holidays:       $ 500.00     $ 600.00
  • Week Days (non holidays): $ 450.00     $ 500.00
Mate:
  • A mate will be furnished upon request. The mate works for the client not the boat. 20% of the charter is the customary tip for the mate.
Times:
  • Half-Day Fishing Charters run a maximum of 4 hours. Full-Day Fishing Charters run a maximum of 8 hours. Start times to be determined by the clients and Captain between the hours of 6:30am to 8:00am.
Deposit:
  • A $ 150.00 deposit is required to secure dates for all fishing charters. Failure to show or a cancellation that cannot be filled will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. If the charter is cancelled due to unfavorable weather, the deposit can be refunded or applied to another available date of the client’s choice.

Cruise Charters: (Maximum of 6 Passengers)
The “Drumbeat IV” can be chartered for a variety of cruising such as sightseeing around the waters of Gwynn's Island, Deltaville, and the Piankatank and Rappahannock rivers. Day Cruise to the Town of Urbanna, the Tides Inn, Yorktown or Cape Charles. Take romantic sunset or moonlight cruises.
  • Weekends & Holidays: $ 150.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum
  • Week Days (non holidays): $ 100.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum

Captain Services:

Captain Keith is a USCG Licensed Captain.  Arrangements can be made to have him deliver your powerboat or operate (captain) your boat for cruising or fishing. Call for quotes.
